Sal's Sassy Meatloaf

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs (Italian)
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Sal's Sassy Sauce
Mix all ingredients using half of the Sauce in the meatloaf mix. Place in loaf pan; pour remaining sauce on top of meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/4 hours.
Makes 4 servings. It's Great!

Chicken, Ribs and Wings

Prepare your favorite meat, poultry or fish the way you like it and top it with Sal's Sassy Sauce, or use Sal's Sassy Sauce as a dipping sauce for your cooked meats and fish.

Veggie Dip

3 parts bleu cheese dressing
1 part Sal's Sassy Sauce

Sassy Deviled Eggs

Just add approximately 2 tbsp. of the Veggie Dip mix (above) to each cooked egg yolk and mix well. Fill center of eggs. Serve chilled.

Sassy Potato Salad

  • 5 lbs. white or red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 tbsp. celery salt
  • 8 oz. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 4 oz. Sal's Sassy Sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste.
Cook, cool, peel and slice potatoes. Add other ingredients together and mix thoroughly with potatoes. Chill for several hours before serving.
OPTIONS: Add chopped hard cooked eggs, mustard, fresh chopped onion, shredded carrots.

Sauce as a Topping

Try Sal's Sassy Sauce on your pasta, macaroni salad, potato salad, tuna salad, baked beans, fish, pork chops, venison, hot dogs, burgers, sausage, omelets.

Sassy Scrambled Eggs

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. Sal's Sassy Sauce

Scramble well and cook to your liking. Also makes a great omelet. Delicious!
