Shipping Policies
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped when all items become available. Allow 2 business days for processing.

NOTE: Orders shipped via UPS Ground service typically arrive in 3-8 business days 2 days for processing and up to 7 days in transit depending on your location. (UPS does not make Saturday or Sunday deliveries.) Please take this into account when estimating your package arrival date.

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 15 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail. Packages that arrive damaged must be held for inspection by the shipping company. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD THE DAMAGED PRODUCT. Once the package is picked up by the shipping company for inspection we will re-ship the order at no cost to you.

Returns
All sales are final. We will exchange or replace damaged or defective product and supply you with a prepaid return shipping label for you to return the damaged or defective product to us for inspection.
